Elle N. is the passionate founder of BlackPerfumers and BlackPerfumersDirectory.com. Since 2019, BlackPerfumers has been the leading voice of Black fragrance creators, providing education, collaboration, resources, tools, consulting, community and business support. Winner of the 2023 Contribution to Scent Culture award from the Institute of Art and Olfaction, BlackPerfumers is also an indie member of The Fragrance Foundation. Elle recently launched BlackPerfumers first Spotlight Set, highlighting a curated selection of Black-owned fragrance brands and has been a member of BOFW for three years. Featured in various publications, Elle N. has also  written for Perfumer & Flavorist, Scentbird and Black Beauty and Hair UK.

In my opinion, BOFW can contribute to fostering diversity and inclusivity within the fragrance community by providing a platform for underrepresented voices to be heard and celebrated. Through collaborations, partnerships, and community initiatives, BOFW can help bridge the gap and create a more equitable and inclusive landscape for all fragrance enthusiasts and professionals.

My hope is that BOFW will highlight and expand the voice of black perfumers and creators. I'd love to see a summit on how our community can impact mainstream fragrance industry. Additionally, I'd love to see more partnerships in the fashion, beauty and art associations.

Sadiqa is a sort strategic leader. She is a passionate community developer and believes in creating and supporting initiatives that support and develop communities. She is a niche perfume enthusiast and reviewer. She strongly believes in BOFW and offered her strategic advice in Black owned niche perfumery space, fostering connections and conversations around fragrance appreciation. With a strong background as a strategic advisor, she has worked across multiple industries, including coral restoration, education, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, career coaching. Her expertise lies in providing innovative strategies that drive growth, engagement, and meaningful impact.

Victoria Campbell Osborne

With a focus on cultivating companies and initiatives which amplify our community, BOFW 2025 was a perfect fit for Victoria Campbell Osborne, co-founder of The Scented Webb. As a nationally recognized fragrance and wellness boutique, The Scented Webb increases access and diversity in the fragrance industry by promoting unique brands and elevated fragrance experiences. "Black Owned Fragrance Week shines a spotlight on all areas of our industry -- from creation and innovation to brand marketing and distribution -- it is my honor to work with the brands, creators, influencers, and retailers and help grow this movement." She is also the CEO of CCM, which provides enterprise management coaching & strategic planning, and is an organizer and sponsor of BOFW 2025.
